SHENZHEN, China – Shenzhen Tunsing Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has officially released the technical specifications for its latest engineering-grade bonding solution: the DS7161 Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Film. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial assembly, DS7161 combines high-strength adhesion with a low-temperature processing profile to optimize manufacturing efficiency across multiple sectors.


Superior Material Versatility and Design

The DS7161 is a self-adhesive acrylic PSA supported by a release liner, exhibiting strong tackiness at room temperature. Its specialized chemical formulation allows for high-performance bonding across a diverse range of substrates:

  • Metals: Exceptional adhesion to copper, aluminum, iron, and stainless steel.

  • Plastics: Optimized for bonding PVC, PC, and ABS.

  • Thermal Stability: Features a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -22.8°C (as verified by DSC analysis), ensuring performance stability in low-temperature environments.

  • Activation Range: The adhesive activates between 70°C and 120°C, allowing for energy-efficient processing that protects heat-sensitive components.

  • Physical Density: Maintains a consistent specific gravity of 1.0±0.02g/cm3.


Optimized Processing Guidelines

To achieve maximum bond strength, Tunsing recommends specific operational parameters tailored to high-speed production lines:
